» Question about arm aches?
My left and right arm have been aching since yesterday and I know in my left arm I tore my rotater cup a little I was thinking that would explain that part but my right arm aches too. Pretty much my whole body has been aching. I have been going through alot of stress with family problem's and I don't know if that might be the cause of this or if its something else. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them thanks.A torn rotator cuff is pretty serious. Need to give that arm a rest, for sure. Could it be the other rotator cuff is also affected? I was just reading about the San Jose v. Club America exhibition in which a CA player took a pk, put the ball off the post, then put the rebound in the net. Apparently the goal was disallowed because the pk taker was in an offside position. Is this the correct call? How does the pk taker get in an onside position?Who made the comment? Sounds to me like he double touched the ball. By that I mean that the kicker cannot play the ball again unless it has been touched by another player. I have a dilemma, and I'm hoping someone can help w/advice. I am starting to get into portraiture. I want to start a portrait side-business in the near future and I think I will get a Canon 5D. I already have a 300D so I want to buy a Canon lens to practice with now on my 300D that I can use when I get the 5D. Here's the dilemma: The lens I have in mind is the Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM. The price of the lens on B&H is $1,059.00. Well, I just saw on Canon's website that they just recently started offering the 5D with this lens and on B&H it is $2,749.95 for the kit, which means I would essentially get the lens for about $700 for a savings of $300. Hi! I tried my friends SB-28 Flash on my D70s (with 18-70), but it didn't wanted to fire. The flash sign on the top of my camera was blinking. The manual says, that it's because "the external flash can not be used in iTTL mode and it's TTL set". Can the SB-28 (or any older Nikon flash) be used in iTTL mode (not Standard TTL)? If my D70s is set to manual mode (M) or spot metering at (P, S, A) it will use Standard TTL, otherwise iTTL. Should have I forced my D70s to use Standard-TTL with setting to spot-metering mode? I set the flash to manual and it worked, but all the pics were hopelessly overexposed (to strong flash). The flash itself was pointing top and not on subject (90° rotated top). I still havent gotten good, iam using a d70 with a AF Nikkon 70-300 1:4 -5.6G http://www.nikon.ca/products/af-zoom-70-300g/ i try using a large apature at all times and a fast shutter speed, i change my iso according to condtions to make up for a quick shutter speed, one problem i come across is focus, i useing the af-c setting with Single area(racing or movemnts i know that are going to happand) and dynamic mode for soccer, and more active sports, i still cant seem it focus good, any help, iam planning on going to a local football game over the weekend and test out some of the tips you guys give. I just hooked my xbox to a wide screen lcd, and the image is blurred when there's movement, i.e. it takes a few fractions of a second for the image to get sharp when I change screens(enter directories, go to video than music etc.). It's quite a jump for me and there are a lot of settings that I am not yet familar with... As I'm sure most of you know by now, polaroid is (has) discontinued the SX-70 film. I plan on modifying my SX-70 camera so it will take 600 film. I never paid much attention to the 600 film becuause I only ever used SX-70. To be honest, I've never actually even seen a 600 print. The polaroid website describes both films as being medium contrast and high definition with the only apparent technical difference being that the 600 is high speed and SX-70 is medium speed. I know the SX-70 is good for image manipulation but i am only really interest in normal shooting and processing techniques. My left and right arm have been aching since yesterday and I know in my left arm I tore my rotater cup a little I was thinking that would explain that part but my right arm aches too. Hi! I tried my friends SB-28 Flash on my D70s (with 18-70), but it didn't wanted to fire. The flash sign on the top of my camera was blinking. The manual says, that it's because "the external flash can not be used in iTTL mode and it's TTL set". Can the SB-28 (or any older Nikon flash) be used in iTTL mode (not Standard TTL)? If my D70s is set to manual mode (M) or spot metering at (P, S, A) it will use Standard TTL, otherwise iTTL. Should have I forced my D70s to use Standard-TTL with setting to spot-metering mode? Hello I don't post a lot here. I am new and I do not have whole lot of Meteorlogical knowledge. But I was wondering where can I look up past radar loops and storm velocity loops for past storms? I Like the Data I can look up with NCDC from Noaa. But I don't like the colors the storm relative Velocity uses. I don't think there is any way of changing the colors with the program NCDC gives you. If there is I am not sure how. If there is any other ways to bring up past radar data I would greatly appreciate it. Hi everyone. This is my first post here... I've recently graduated from an ancient Canon SD100 Powershot to a sparkly Nikon Coolpix 5400. It's quite a jump for me and there are a lot of settings that I am not yet familar with... I like taking pictures of flowers and landscapes... so I took the new camera out for a spin yesterday, though when I transferred them to my PC I noticed that a lot of the images were very... crispy. As I'm sure most of you know by now, polaroid is (has) discontinued the SX-70 film. I plan on modifying my SX-70 camera so it will take 600 film. I never paid much attention to the 600 film becuause I only ever used SX-70. To be honest, I've never actually even seen a 600 print. The polaroid website describes both films as being medium contrast and high definition with the only apparent technical difference being that the 600 is high speed and SX-70 is medium speed. I know the SX-70 is good for image manipulation but i am only really interest in normal shooting and processing techniques.
